Very unpleasant business experience with their agent, I made it very clear regarding what I needed to add to my policy and explained that I am at work, Sherley continue to try to make me feel as though I am trying to lie about what I need. Passed to Kelly and she was no help. Management needs training on how to handle disputes and not take it personal regarding their staff failing to meet customers needs. When clients call this is personal to us not you. I have been with Allstate for over 9 years. Due to this experience I will be reviewing other options. All I needed was renters insurance without the unscrupulous mess. Another Allstate office in Warren handled this professionally and took only 3 min. Kelly the office Manager at the Canfield location needs training on being focus in customer needs and being efficient on handling policies add ons.
