Hampton Inn Blue Ash/Cincinnati

Friendly staff. Housekeeping needs improvement. Manager doesn't answer calls or respond to messages. Disappointed in facility. They don't seem very reliable or willing to respond to issues and concerns I raised. Never have gotten a call from the manager.

Stayed here for one night and my vehicle was broken into. Windows smashed out and a 5 hr drive home. Poor reviews because if they are located in this area they should have parking lot security like others in the area.

I stayed at many high-medium level hotels around the world for business and personal reasons and this is the one of the best hotel by miles. The best Hampton Inn for sure. They won best hotel award in 2017-18. I am surprised that how come they havent won every single year. Location is great (close to some businesses) and ample free parking available. Front desk and other employees are absolutely best and very helpful. In fact front desk person went all the way out of his way to get me hot coffee in the evening time with smile. Awesome. Hotel appears to be relatively new as almost all the areas appear to be trendy, clean and bright. Room is well maintained and very well cleaned. They provided free water bottles. Hilton should be very proud to have this property in their bucket. The only suggestion is that TV needs to be able to cast from cell phones. Lately more and more hotels have TV where one can cast from their phone. All the best for winning next year best hotel award Rooms: Very clean rooms. Safety: It feels and appears to be safe hotel. Food & drinks: There are ample restaurants near this hotel.

Very good service and Russian speaking a lot, very convenient Food & drinks: Their food is good, halal.
