        I didn't stay but I visited someone there and met them in the lobby that was well kept it smelled plesent and was very clean.

        Nice location, beds are comfy. The gym is basically non-existent, but plenty of great cheap restaurants nearby, and the classic free breakfast

        Booked a king bed with sofa bed on Expedia. We get there and check in. Go up to our room and there is a sign on the door that says not ready. Still had someones belongings in there. Go back down and explain. He was sympathetic and got us in another room. This one didnt have a sofa bed. He told my husband we just get a standard room since we booked through Expedia.. there were no other rooms available so, us and all our kids had to make do. There were also no cribs even though online it said they were available. There was a bathtub in our room but only the shower worked. We definitely would not stay here again if we were ever in the area..

Upon researching the issue, I was able to identify the error that caused the issue. We always strive to provide the best possible experience and value to our guests and feel that in this case, we have failed to live up to our own standards. It is scheduled to be replaced today as part of our total renovation. I believe that if you give us another chance in the future, you will see that your experience was not usual for our guests.
