        When I told Rick that I did not want to go with allstate for my insurance, as I had gotten a cheaper quote somewhere else, his entire persona changed and he got extremely rude with me. Whether what he was saying is true or not about this other place basically being a scam, he was not nice about it. His tone and his mannerisms were very unprofessional and I even if I have to pay more, I would rather work with someone who has good customer service. He also took a few days to get back to me about an insurance policy, and then a few more days to contact me, where as the other place got back to me right away.
