Came in looking for an engagement ring and was able to find the most perfect ring. Had a great selection of every type of ring and diamond imaginable so was able see a bunch of different styles and cuts. A special shout out to Craig Benson for helping me to find the ring I was looking for. He was super knowledgeable about everything from the different cuts, styles, and design options. Would highly recommend for any future diamond purchases!

Our time at diamonds direct was absolutely wonderful! I cant recommend Kayla enough. We went shopping for an engagement ring and she took her time to explain everything to us. She showed us multiple ring styles and diamonds and not once did we ever feel like we were being pressured to buy anything. I cant recommend her enough! She was great and made the whole buying process super easy. I recommend Kayla 10/10!

Amy Bartkowski was an amazing person to work with. She offered helpful suggestions, she was patient and was set on helping the bride get exactly what she wanted. I will go back and ask for her every time I shop at Diamonds Direct.

Amy is the best!! She worked with and helped my fianc design my engagement ring and it turned out beyond perfect! I couldnt have dreamed of a more stunning ring! We have also worked with Amy for our wedding bands and she has made it such an enjoyable and fun experience! She was sooo helpful and patient with us! Cant recommend her enough!
