Stone Gardens Assisted Living

We had a truly positive experience at Stone Gardens for the care of my Mom. The staff is kind and loving and cared for my mom like she was one of their own. The care increased as she lost the ability to care for herself independently. The staff at Stone Gardens have warm hearts and kind souls. The nurse practitioners, front desk staff, nurses, aids, housekeepers, meal staff, and maintenance were all truly kind and respectful to my mom and us. The staff at Stone Gardens were my moms Angels and I appreciate all of you for providing the care to my beautiful mom when I couldnt. Mom mom was at several facilities and Stone Gardens truly shined above the rest.

Our family's experience at Stone Gardens over the past 8 months has been quite positive. Everyone from the administrative staff/front desk, nursing department, caregiving support, nutritionist and the maintenance team helped our mother and family during this time of transition. We found everyone to be responsive to our questions, provided updates as needed and available to meet. All of the team members have been professional, kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile. Our mother shared that everyone was so nice and helpful to her. Many thanks to everyone at Stone Gardens from our family.

Helens place is everything we have hoped for and more. Its a pleasure knowing our mother is always well cared for, happy and healthy. Anytime we visit the residents are engaged in activities together. The staff is outstanding! They genuinely care for the residents and go above and beyond!

Honestly if you looking for employment look else where the worst place to work ! Pretty much half of the staff is rude with smart mouths . And the scheduler let the young girls call off when ever they want . The head nurse / supervisor honestly needs to be replaced you could have a problem and go to the supervisor of the scheduler and you would get no answers especially if its a text message or so you would get ignored . Nobody wants to help you with your assignments but throws a fit if you dont help . Everyone call off to when ever and the scheduler blows up your phone literally. I had a friend recently just text and talk to the supervisor and co Partner about a situation how another women was getting smart with her over the walkie and they did nothing about it . You ladies at stone garden work hard go to Cleveland clinic more money and less ignorance from staff . Honest review of working there and know people who does .
