      image This place is heartbreaking. A dangerous mix of incompetence, low social intelligence, and staffing capacity problems. All leading to neglect of people who cant care for themselves on their own.

      image I wouldn't let this place take care of a gold fish. I have never seen such willful neglect and lack of human decency in my life. The things I have witnessed in the last few days are borderline criminal. This facility should be shut down immediately. I have talked to the Head of Nursing as well as one of the executives at the facility but nothing has changed. The head of nursing was rude and has no people skills. I spoke with the Administrator who was very pleasant but never followed back up with me as promised. I would steer clear of this place at all cost. I am not one to speak negatively about a business on social media but I have given them more than enough opportunities to address the issues and they have left me with no other option.
