The Vantage Apartments

I just moved in January 2024 and cannot wait to leave. So far since being here 1-As a new resident I cant purchase a laundry card anywhere on the property in order to use the laundry facilities. They claim to be in the process of switching card companies and I was told itd take about a month. That was back in January. No changes nor any compensation to tenants for the inconvenience. 2-Packages being stolen all the time. My first experience living somewhere and my packages are being stolen constantly. One time someone stole a package took what they wanted then returned what they didnt. Its to the point I have to leave delivery instructions for all orders and say please do not leave in mailroom. They only have cameras outside of the mailroom. 3-Uncomfortable living environment. If neighbors arent playing electric guitar loudly after 9pm or blasting music for hours, the upstairs neighbors grown kids are literally wrestling and I swear They are going to fall through the roof. You cant even rest in your own home here. My child hates being here because the loud noises scare him at night. You can report it but management will just send them a warning, they dont care. 4-Terribly outdated kitchen appliances even for non upgraded units. Bathrooms as well. 5-Anything your upstairs neighbors cook the smell is going to fill your entire home. I have To open the windows otherwise I get physically nauseous from the smells. 6-Gym and leasing office are way nicer and more modern than the actual units. Kids also unaccompanied in gym areas so thats annoying to have to deal with especially with how bad they can be. 7-Callbox in my building is out of service more than it is in. Management is nice but thats the only thing. As a mother I genuinely regret Moving here with my child, 100%. Im actively looking for a home to buy because of how bad it has been here. I cant Risk that again. Please spare me the fake copy and paste response from management because if you guys actually cared you would fix these issues but you dont which is why you guys have a numerous amount of the same complaints.

Ashley in the office and Justin in grounds keeping are very friendly and go out the way to make sure all needs are met. Nice place to stay as far as location. New Management, is poor and unprofessional, overpriced units and something changes every month.

Dont live here!!!!! Packages get stolen, your clothes gets stolen from the washer. Apartment will do nothing about it

My shower wasnt working at all. So, I put in a service order for plumbing, and Joe Cianfarani arrived promptly the next day! He solved the problem and remained professional, courteous, and diligent! GREAT JOB JOE
