I would love to give this place a chance since my Lease is almost up we’re I currently live but I been trying to contact this place for at least a month but no one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails

I'm grateful for finding this amazing place. It has all the amenities, great location, friendly staff. All updated and modern design. I plan on being here for a long time, for my kids sake. I love the diversity of Beachwood City Schools.

I've had a rocky relationship with this place, so I would give it a 3.75 if that were an option. I liked it when I viewed it, then hated it when I was handed the keys only to find that it wasn't move-in ready yet. I felt some tension and negligence from management, but after a long time of back-and-forth with them and speaking up a little too loudly, they turned out to be nice and fairly accommodating people. I still don't like the maintenance crew, though; they're generally friendly (I'm female, so of course they are) but they smoke on the premises A LOT. The pictures you see don't accurately reflect the rentable units - not mine, anyway. They replaced the floors and countertops and painted the walls, but the original windows cause a draft and my unit still has the original appliances and shower, which aren't great. Beware of attaching anything to the walls. The renovation crew didn't wash the drywall before painting so the paint peels very easily. I have an ongoing loud squeak in my ceiling vent in the kitchen and strong second-hand smoke comes in through the bathroom vent. For how little was actually replaced and for the mostly shoddy workmanship, my unit is overpriced. I'm sure some of the high cost correlates with the location: busy intersection close to 271 ramps; Warrensville Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, Woodmere, Pepper Pike, Pinecrest, Beachwood Place, and Legacy Village are all within 3-8 minutes - if any of that is your thing. So if you don't mind compromising some quality and money to live in a bustling area, go for it. You'll at least get more bang for your buck here than at The Vue across the street. But should you choose to move here, absolutely speak up. If you can find the right balance of polite but loud, the management just might listen and meet your needs.

Looked at quite a few apartments before finally deciding on Beachwood apartments by Albion. For me the decision was the size/value of the apartment, the amenities, but the biggest factor was the customer service of the leasing office. Jourdan immediately responded on email for any inquiries I had and with useful information - it wasn't just a generic response, it was specific to my requests. Kate was amazing as she gave us a tour and then walked us through all the steps of getting the application and lease completed. Maggie was on site the day we moved in and got us all set up, but took it one step further and locked off an elevator for us on Sunday, when the office is closed (Not to mention that she had Ohio State football updates while I was getting moved in and trying to get the internet and TVs setup :-) ). Simply put - this leasing/management office team rocks and is very personable. The apartment itself has been updated with nice flooring, carpeting and appliances. Plenty of square footage when compared to other apartments in the area. Garage area is heated and plenty of outside area to take the dog out and walk around safely.
