I got an oil change and it was supposed to include a free tire rotation, which they did not provide. Also, I have visited this shop twice and both times they tried to tell me I needed new brakes. However, I regularly visit my Lincoln dealer and get a full inspection and they have said both times that my brakes are fine, so makes me not very trusting of this store. Very frustrated with that. Also frustrated they didnt do the tire rotation.

Went in for tire rotation. They found a piston on a brake caliper was heating up and was actually broken. They took the time to show me everything and explain what needed to be done, and why. Saved me much more trouble later on.

they were able to fix what was wrong with my car but in the process of doing so they created another electrical problem where i now have lights on my dash that werent there beforehand.
They knew about it as well and chose not to say anything about it.
friendly staff but that last part was too shady for me. not sure if i could recommend someone to this shop if this is how they run things.
