Scott and Gerold were both great and extremely kind! They helped me understand which oil change I needed for my vehicle and helped me with a flat tire on my way home from work. Would highly recommend! Thank you both very much!

My service was performed at the Avon, ohio location. I didn't get her name, but the woman who was behind the counter was very dismissive of me when I mentioned that I had a car advise fleet membership through instacart, and told me I had to wait until the end to deal with coupons. That was fine. I waited until my car was finished and after someone handed me me keys I waited for her to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes while she intentionally ignored me and pretended to be busy behind the counter. I was the only customer. I ended up having to open the door to the garage to ask one of the mechanics to check me out. It was then that she acted like she was about to help me. When I then tried to use my discount, she mentioned that she would have to start the invoice over because fleet vehicles need a separate ticket or something.. I then reminded her that I DID indeed mention it in the beginning when she so rudely dismissed me. She was not willing to restart the invoice so I didn't get my appropriate discount, she gave me a small coupon discount instead. She was a smaller woman with piercings and redish hair. The men at the establishment were pleasant and knowledgeable, but that woman was horrible, and I'm surprised they would even have her behind the counter interacting with customers.
