Krause Rental Properties

I signed with Krause rentals back in 2022. Got my lease super quickly and from day one the management staff was gracious, caring and attentive! I had the best 1.5 years with Kraus, unfortunately I had to move out of the area due to personal reasons back in fall of 2023, they were very kind and worked with me to help me find a sublease etc. I couldnt recommend a rental company more! Anytime I had an issue they made sure to make a quick turn around to fix it! I appreciate Kraus rentals and their staff immensely!

Great rental company, for being based out of Athens, Oh everything went smoothly and never had any issues. A maintenance man based out of Columbus was always readily available and would fix or attend to any issues. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. Move in and move out process was quick and simple.

Our agency was in need of some parking spaces and Krause Rentals was very helpful and responsive, connecting us with spaces that fit our needs.
