University Commons

My experience was very bad. First, I was living in a four-bed room but I have to rent for a studio or one bed room that allows my wife to move in within the lease, the landlord did not allow us to rent a one-bed room, instead, they forced us to rent a two bed-room for one year, which made us in poverty for a whole year since they charge 1200 per month and asked us to pay every four months for 4800. My income and my wife's assistantship cannot cover it so that we have to borrow money from my parents. That was not the worst thing. We paid 1000 deposit. And we cleaned the two bed-room according to the list provided by the landlord. However, we only got around 105 money back. They charged us for bed bug which we did not find when we lived there. This cost us 800+! You can't have a worse housing experience than this. The ceiling was very low and it was not a very cost place to stay. If there were a zero star, I would not hesitate to give.

You live there don't get any notices of renewal for car pass and get towed. Inquire about it and get told by the manager to get the "F" out of here. What a disgrace for a human being.

We really enjoyed everyday life in University Commons. The swimming pool is great, the whole living environment is amazing too, as u can tell from pictures. By the way, the staff are really nice and friendly to my whole family. This is a peaceful and lovely community.
