Mark was a phenomenal landlord. When the dishwasher and oven went out in the first month of renting from him, the very next day the handyman was there with replacement units for both appliances. This is just one example of the generosity that Mark treats his tenants with. He is also a wonderful communicator and is extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend renting from him.

Mark is seriously the best landlord. Better than anyone else in this town. Many other companies will try to scam you and provide no support when there are issues with your property. Mark is so attentive and truly cares about his tenants. I would never want to live with any other lease!

Mark Rothstein was an awesome landlord. I have a dog he was more than happy to welcome into one of his units and was always super friendly/accommodating when I rented with him. Any repairs happened pretty quickly, he was considerate of my space and also was kind enough to pick up one of my packages and keep it safe for me while I was away on Christmas break. Overall, awesome experience renting through them. Be respectful to him and he will make your living experience grade A. Affordable, clean, and won't rip you off like many of the Athens rental companies.
