      • Idk Something

        Refuse to maintenance or replace advertised features of their apartments. Air conditioning went out completely and I was given a window air conditioner that is dated at best. It ran up my electric bill by hundreds and was DUCT TAPED WITH CARDBOARD to the window. Aspen refused to compensate for the jump in electric bill. This place is a joke.

        Easy to pay rent. Quiet, peaceful, pleasant. For older apartments they have great amenities inside and are well thought out. Management is great, professional, polite. Maintenance is quick and easily scheduled through the app. You can tell these guys really care about the property due to the fact that they are upgrading roofing at mine when it is obviously not yet in need! Excellent value
