I was referred to this very special counselor Patricia E. Barrett, by the only person I trusted, my pastor. She was my therapist for almost five years. To say she was instrumental in saving my life numerous times, would be a colossal understatement. My husband and I traveled two hours one way from our home to meet with her weekly at first and then by weekly towards the end of my time together. .There are few therapist who have the level of compassion, insight, and wisdom this woman has been gifted with. During our time together she received her much deserved Doctorate. She is an absolute treasure chest when it comes to client confidentiality as well as a genuine partner in healing. I would recommend her first and foremost to any clinician seeking training and to any person seeking treatment. Her commitment to the completion of treatment and fulfillment of healing is second to none.
