Our 4yr old husky had 5 gran mal seizures in one day and they treated us like we were garbage! He is our family and there is nothing we wouldn't do for him, just like most families who treasure their pets, you would think that anyone in this profession would know how important they are, but not this place , I will say they took him back right away and the receptionist made us feel like we had made the right decision bringing him here but that feeling was quickly erased the moment we met Dr Randall, as our family sat there worried to death about our dog we went from worried to angry and in disbelief as she spoke to us about what we needed like she was reading from a script. Bored because she had done it so many times before, she showed no compassion, no care, and not any positive emotion, all she could say was we needed $2300 so they could keep him overnight and monitor him, we live an hour away and had to go home and put that amount of money together and before we made it home they were calling all of us repeatedly from private, spam, or a 666 number and acted irritated at us for not answering those calls which made them even more rude and unbearable I believe even the devil himself would have shown more compassion than this place did. We were giving the money to the receptionist and asked if we could see our dog, she called back to the doctor to ask with it on speaker for Dr. Randalls reply being "did they bring the money" and EVERYONE heard her say it, the nurse than said that they were counting the money and Dr Randall actually replied " make sure they have it all there first" three receptionist heard her comments and quickly apologized to us about her being so disrespectful, we saw the dog but never saw the doctor again after that! we were told that they would give us an update, they never did except the following morning to come pick him up and how fast could we be there! we got no answers to anything, only saying we owed an additional 819$, they are a bloodsucking facility who don't give a damn about your animal, only thing that matters is how much they can squeeze out of your pet.They suck as much money from you as possible without giving quality care Please find somewhere else to take your loved ones!!

I wish I could have givin this place a better rating but thanks to Dr. Randall their lucky to get a 3 from our family! She is rude and offensive. Her demeanor does not belong as a professional in the medical field! Maybe consider revoking her intercom privileges as well! Compassion is the key

This place is only worried about the money from the time I walked in with my dog having seizures till they told me there was nothing left to do a few hours later because it cost more to send him over to the other unit. I would never bring another one of my dogs here again. My dog could have been saved but this greedy place only cared about charging me thousands of dollars. The doctor only showed her face once to us and then had other people talking to us. Sad that money is more important than saving an animals life.

Very clean facility. Extremely professional and kind staff. Dr Gamblin is wonderful. No problems, no complaints!
