I had a wonderful experience with this company! The detail of work was amazing. Honest and reliable, excellent workmanship! I could not be happier with the outcome of my kitchen. Dont hesitate to call Springfield Property Management. they do not disappoint! Highly recommended!

On 12/24/2022, the water pipes in my garage had burst in multiple places from the freezing temperatures causing damage to the copper pipes and the water softener system. John Schramm had reached out to me and provided many different quotes on what would need fixed and/or replaced. John had came out in a timely manner especially with the holiday of Christmas around this time. John would consistently stay in contact with me and even contacted me on Christmas to help me ease my issue. On 12/26/2022, John has came to my residence and did a temporary repair to get my water back and running bypassing the softener systems so myself and my family could have water within the household. John also provided me with an industrial heater with propane for the garage to dry up the water from the flooding. I then ordered a new softener system and John came to my residence on 12/28/2022 and completely repaired the piping and softener system back to new. John continued to reach out to me after the repairs were completed to verify that I was satisfied with the repair and that everything was working correctly. John also moved my water softener salt from my old salt bin and into the new softener system without hesitation. John showed that he was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs he had done for me and provided great communication and cost throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company and John to friends and family for his amazing character, his honesty, and his dedication of putting others needs ahead of his own personal needs.
