Pioneer Basement Waterproofing

I had basement waterproofed March 12th, 24. It looked great and I was happy with it, everything all dried up, until today, less than a month later and after first significant rain. Im back to square one, with a wet basement floor, after just getting all the dust cleaned up out of the house from the work done in the basement the first time around.
