        The condos are nice and the building is clean the people who live there are nice. I just moved out of there a few weeks ago it's gone way down hill they move any and anyone in there, It's full of drug dealers and drug addicts. I moved in October I just moved out a few weeks ago last month they had multiple people move out because Dan one of the property managers is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I've said something to chuck the president of the condo association and they do nothing about it. Even if you have proof that you paid your rent they'll still put 3 day notice on your door or they'll try and evict you. If something need to be fixed he won't fix anything.
