Not good housing, poor rules and communication, issues all around. Do not recommend.

Would not recommend as I spent 3 years renting an apartment through them. They constantly would not respond or pick up phone calls when something needed to be fixed due to their poor work. The apartment I rented had holes in the ground when I moved in, mold in the shower, grease on the walls and the oven did not work. The maintenance team did electrical work and burnt out half of my apartment and left me without electricity. They refused to let me see a copy of my lease when asked. When I decided to move out they did not allow me to break my lease even though I followed the directions in said lease agreement. Then proceeded to remove my autopay and charge me $1465 for leaving my apartment in deplorable conditions. The leasing office was never helpful. And the apartments do not meet the basic needs for living. Would stay far away from all round house apartment building as they are not kept up and are unsafe not only in the apartments but also by the people who lease them.

I can't speak badly enough of this company. They cud care less about their tenants or their safety! I was just released from the ER because I fell for the 5th time due to ice and snow which they don't think is their responsibility. Both previous owners were always on top of this! keeping walkways n drives clear of s ow n ice
