        Never in America have I ever heard of paying 45$ dollars for a back ground check before you get to see the apartment.. your supposed to do all that after you show the apartment why pay money and it's not the apartment you want ??? Yup I won't be renting from this place.. just reeks of shady people..

        Any time i have expressed a concern or made a request for my unit, it has been accommodated pretty reasonably. This unit was beautifully remodeled, and i feel heard as a tennant, and have seen many improvements made to my home in the time i have been here

        Marc is a snake and no better than a common thief. He will charge for a damaged screen and never repair/replace it. He lacks integrity and a moral compass. Stay away from him at all costs!
