        Maintenance here is exceptionally good. They respond quickly to urgent needs and attend to lower priority requests within a day or two. TOG has the best maintenance crew I have experienced-17 moves in 54 years. kls

        I've lived at Terraces for about 4 years now and my experience has been exceptional! I've proven to be a somewhat needy tenant I think (Thank you for being so kind and patient with me), but they have never once failed to address an issue or concern. Ignore any negative reviews, because those people mostly are mad at themselves for various reasons. I plan to continue renting here because the pricing is great, the amenities are welcome, and the leasing agents are professional and kind. Also, maintenance is responsive and do great work. Thanks again!
