ACRES CROSSING APARTMENTS

My girlfriend and I have been residing in this area for several months now. We both share an immense fondness towards our surroundings due to its proximity to my place of employment as well as various other essential amenities. No complaints over here Maintenance been cool as well. Give this place some serious thought I've already Told a few of my close friends to come here.

Living in this building is great! Not only do I love how close we are to so many eateries like taco bell but also because its super accessible since there are plenty of nearby pathways that take you anywhere from here fast without fail. our tenant portal app which works wonders whenever i need something fixed - no complaints whatsoever about maintenance too if your looking for apartments go ahead give them serious thought cause everyone here cares deeply enough as proven through actions taken thus far I plan on staying for as long as I need too this is a great area to start up a new life

Ed Brooks needs replaced. This place used to be great but Ed is rude and ignores everyone. He runs around doing nothing, acting like his time is way more valuable than yours. Roaches are bad here. Ed will lie and tell you they don't have a bug problem here, but THEY SURE DO! Not bedbugs, only roaches and mice. And stray cats. I referred my friend here before it got so bad. The utility fee on the lease says "To Be Determined". So, a blank check? Run! Don't let them fast-talk you because they're good at it. Get any answers in writing because they WILL SAY they never said it! High Cost/Low Value Pretty looking but horrible once you move in - unless you don't mind bugs, constant water shut offs, the smell of cigarettes and weed, trash everywhere, overflowing dumpsters and $150 a day late fees. Will scam you at every opportunity Uncaring/unresponsive management Dangerous/ lots of stolen cars/ break ins/ drug dealing/occasional homicide/suicide/overdose Avoid this place and GHC Living at all costs! Pro tip - wear those blue booties if you're going for a tour - roach eggs are everywhere. Don't say I didn't warn you.

This place is not the same and is going down hill. Ed Brooks needs replaced asap! Hes a complete liar and needs to do his job. This place is trash and they dont even wanna fix anything but expect you to pay rent. So many people have complaints around here especially about roaches. Water is always being turned off without notice. Picture below will show how the ceiling has been since last year in the first picture and the other picture is pretty recent.
