Sauna is not working; Spa is warm; but no jets. Pool is good for laps. Food & drinks: Breakfast is excellent.

We were there for a week for hockey. The breakfast had hot options, but if you wanted a fork past 9am, there was no chance in that (I microwaved some dinners in the room and asked for a fork). I guess forks are a gateway to asking for yogurt. Turndown service and new towels every day, but the rooms were dingy and would fail a white glove test. Nice and clean pool area. The staff were hard working and friendly. It was what it was. I'd stay there again because it was cheap and an exit or two away from most things we needed.

I'm terribly disappointed by our stay at this property. The room was very dated, linens are stained and worn and some even had holes in them. Our sink drained very slowly even when we tried moving the plug and the shower head was loose so if you tried using the massaging shower head you could break the plumbing. The mini fridge door was sticky and had mold growing along the bottom of the door seal. We also struggled with finding outlets for my husbands cpap machine let alone our phones. We couldn't control the temperature in our room so we had to sleep with the window open which made a difficult situation even worse with highway traffic noise and sirens. The sauna didn't work and the hot tub jets didn't work. The most frustrating part of all of this is that we were double charged and when I spoke with the property owner/manager he argued with me and refused to listen to me and my concerns and began speaking to me as if I'm the one the created the problem. I will never stay at this property again.
