        The general manager ana was very inappropriate and very rude and unprofessional i wouldnt recommend bath tube have loud noises and shower head and tub were not cleaned properly and the room had an bad odor couldnt get my money back cause they dont expect my form of payment that I used to book the room so I had to call the third party to actually cancel it when she said she was gonna cancel but just sat there and started talk to another employee while we were supposed to be taking care of business then had the nerve to get up without telling me anything about my reservation and left it on the screen so I had to ask another employee to tell me whats going on and she said it was left on the screen so she never canceled it very unprofessional like and wouldnt recommend I will be calling the corporate office about this

        I'm staying here with my 2 children. 13 and 8 years old I had CPS called on me for leaving them sleeping in the bed to go downstairs and smoke in my vehicle as I am ill with lupus and kidney disease. I was gone for 60 minutes During this time I have started a video call on my tablet To watch through my phone while I was in my vehicle.It's even stated in the report that was called in by the hotel that I was outside and left them unattended for 60 minutes. I have my med garden. I moved my vehicle. They said I left I did now. I have to deal with child safety services. Because the lady at the front desk called If you value your children your sanity. And all of your safety, I do not suggest coming here. Unfortunately, due to my house flooding, I have no option.

        Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Did everything we could to get the TVs to work and no luck, code came up as it needed an authorization code from the service provider. Sofa bed was full of food wrappers and crumbs. Beds were nice and enjoyed a hot shower.

      Mam, I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sometimes, when you book online, the travel agents takes your payments and we can not refund those payments as we do not have any control over something that is not charged by our bank. We will take all necessary actions to correct the issues you faced in future.Also, after initial investigations, we found out that the information you wrote in your review about room conditions is wrong, false and totally incorrect because, you were never assigned any room, and you never went to any room therefore all your statements about room conditions were untrue.
