        Rooms were not cleaned, found a kid sock left behind, no batteries in remote -service had to go to other room that hadnt been cleaned to get new batteries. Walls are paper thin can hear other person swear up a storm with husband for the past two hours; husband is still talking and now 12:53am. - I would not go back to this hotel in the future. They do not take your concerns seriously as it has happened repeatedly to other customers as well. Rooms: Dirty/ just because its cheap is not worth it

        We arrived there after driving 15 hrs and no one was at the desk to do the check in, called customer service and took 20 mins for Glenn to show up, it looks like he was sleeping and he wasn't friendly at all to us, and he check someone else in on our room and there were trying to get in our room around 2am while we were trying to sleep after a long trip. Talked to the manager next day in the morning about what happened and she was very friendly and refund our money and apologized for the inconvenience.

        The last 2 times I've been up all night working and when I go to check in at 9am, without reservations, I'm told to wait until 3pm to check in. Thousands of other hotels don't have a problem checking me in early. Not going there anymore. EDIT It's December 17th 2023 and I just got off the night shift and tried getting a room and the man at the desk said I can't check in until three p m.

        Clean Hotel, Clean Rooms, Awesome bed! There was a Winter storm and I got in after Midnight. I stay at a lot of Hotels. It seemed like the lady checking me was in a daze or lost. Took her over 20 min to check me in. Its strange because in the past the staff is very efficient! Dec 9,2023 Thank you for your response!
