      image I moved into an apartment that was not prepared properly in the slightest. Cigarette smell, dirty floors and carpets, no window blinds. All I have been asking to be fixed for 6 months now. No progress on any issues. I have reached out numerous times and all Ive gotten is empty promises. Please refrain from renting any property leased by Kobetsky Properties.
