image Do not live here or any goldmark property. They lie, don't follow fair housing laws, and will falsify things to make themselves look better. I have proof and so does the lawyer handling my lawsuit

image Harrison and Richfield is an amazing community to live in. Staff is professional, kind, and go out of their way to help you. Maintenance man showed up only hours after putting in a request through their online portal; there was no need to call and leave a voicemail. Paying rent is so simple with automatic payments through their portal, and it's cheaper than any other apartments around. Apartment is in amazing condition, equipped with in-unit laundry room, as well as a garage! Neighbors seem to be quiet folk who keep to themselves. I've had nothing but good experiences since moving here. I highly recommend applying for residency here if you like feeling respected and cared for as a tenant.

image IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD. AWFUL, RUDE, SCAMMERS.
It seems like they deleted my review so I am leaving a new one to let people know why they should absolutely never rent from goldmark.. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment from AmberWood that was supposed to be a 3 month lease. We made it very clear from the moment we started talking with our agent there that we would only need a 3 month lease as we were planning to move at the end of August 2022. We received our lease via email and noticed it said it was a 12 month lease instead 3 like we had agreed upon. We called to let them know about the mistake and the same lady we talked with before assured us that she would correct her mistake and change the lease to 3 month like we ageed. We moved out two weeks before our lease was supposed to end, cleaned the apartment and called to let them know we would be out early. The morning after, we received a call from their office stating our lease was 12 months not 3 and they were confused as to why we were moving out so soon. We explained that we had only signed a 3 month lease that would be ending August 31 and that is why we left in mid August. We were informed that our lease was never changed after we sent it back and that if they were unable to find new tenants WE would be responsible for paying rent. We explained the situation since she didnt seem to remember and after some back and forth she suddenly could recall our conversations from before. She admitted that it was her fault. She did not change the lease after she said she would because she forgot and then still insisted that we would have to pay the rent if they couldnt fill the apartment. I asked why that would be considering it was her mistake and she couldnt figure out a good reason. While talking with her and trying to figure it out she commented on how clean we left the place and how easy that would make it to rent out. However, when we received our deposit check back we had a charge for a cleaning fee and a $300 early termination fee. We had moved out of Grand Forks so we couldnt deal with it in person anymore and she was absolutely no help in trying to resolve the issues that she made. I could go on and on, but I will leave it there.
DO NOT EVER rent from AmberWood or GoldMark Properties. They will SCAM YOU and take your money. They are rude and unprofessional. You can find way better.
