    This is the second time we have used a go-mini pod. We were moving homes and wanted the flexibility to load as we were able. We had a great experience the first time and were happy to be a repeat customer. However, this time was vastly different. I called multiple times to get the pod reserved and a drop off date confirmed. Each time I called, I was told I would receive a phone call back shortly confirming a date/time. I finally had to say I was going to take my business elsewhere before I was able to secure date. Then I was told they would deliver it in the morning, however, it was not dropped off til mid afternoon. The delivery driver said he was not made aware that it was supposed to be dropped off in the morning. The transfer to the new location went great. The date/time of the transfer went as requested. As we were unloading the pod at our new home and people were inside the pod, it began to roll away. It rolled down our driveway, blocking the sidewalk. Fortunately, no one was injured. It could have ended very badly. I called immediately, stated what had happened and requested it be picked up ASAP. We continued to unload and the pod rolled down our driveway a few more times. It was almost on the street. Again, fortunately no one was injured and nothing damaged. It took multiple phone calls (3+) to get someone there to pick up the pod. We had to rush to get it unloaded as it was a safety concern. We were supposed to be able to have the pod for 30 days as you pay for a month, but due to the pod not being secured properly, we had it less than 2 weeks. I have called the company a few times since the incident to see what can be done to make things right and I feel like I keep getting the run around. Update 9/30/23- After I posted the above review, I received a phone call from Brent about 20 minutes later. I again shared my frustration and stated I would like this to be resolved by the end of the week; that was two weeks ago. He said he was advocating for more of a credit than what was being proposed. On 9/29, there was a credit pending posted on my credit card (the one he stated was being proposed), which is a step in the right direction. I am glad to have received some sort of credit. During my phone conversation with Brent, I stated what I felt would be an equitable credit. I do feel that the credit does not justify the amount of time lost on the rental and poor transfer (we lost about 18 days on our rental due to the negligence of it not being secured properly). We also paid for 3 transfers- one which was not dropped at the time we were told it would be and one that unfortunately only had one stop placed under the wheel which caused the unit to roll away while people were inside unloading it. Ideally, I would have liked to receive a credit that was at least equal to the lost time and the negligent transfer. I am very disappointed in this company in which we had previously had a great experience.

    This is an update to a previously written review: After writing my review, Brent reached out to me stating that we would be receiving a refund due to the incident that happened as a way to help make it right. He said he would find out the refund amount and get back to me the next day. He did not call me back. I was asked to take the review down. I called Aaction Movers about a week and half later to follow up in regards to the refund as it had yet to show up on my credit card. She told me she would check with Brent as he was the contact person and get back to me. I still have not heard anything and it has been over a week and the refund has still not shown up on my card. The customer service is very poor!
