        Had to leave upon arrival due to a sanitary concern, manager was kind enough to issue a refund.

        The reception desk was very good. Had to print out a few papers, and they helped me do it. Rooms could be a little better, and it would be better if they placed plastic utensils in the room.

        I had a room booked months in advance for a hockey tournament and less than 24 hours prior to check in the hotel cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. As a loyal Titanium Elite Marriot rewards member I find this completely unacceptable. I average around 150 nights per year at Marriot hotels and this is how they treat loyal customers. I for one will never stay at the Residence Inn Fargo ever again!
