Absolutely disgusting is the best way Id put it. First off the front desk staff would rather sit there and tell jokes to each other instead of helping the people line up. We booked three rooms. One of them had blood stains cigarette butts and what we could only imagine was vomit on the floor. The showers were full of mould around the edges. I dont think they have ever heard of a duster or let alone know how to dust. They decided to vacuum the hallways at 10:30 at night hitting peoples doors and waking up our 2 year old. The pool was freezing cold the water slides dont look safe what so ever. Will never book again and will not recommend.

Rude front desk people that kick KIDS out of the pool for being KIDS AND HAVING FUN IN THE POOL AREA DURING POSTED pool TIMES, made by children cry by telling them they needed to get out an leave the pool, my kids are 8&3..I wouldnt even rate it the one star I had to but I needed to put something to even be able to write this review
