        The manager is unprofessional, I asked him for the policy on returning a vehicle, he could not show me the procedure or policy in writing. He was rude and did not want to reach a compromise. He was unfair and non negotiable! He didnt know how to show me receipts.

        This was one of the very few times I had such a wonderful experience with Avis Car Rental. The Fargo, ND Airport location staff were extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again as needed. This review is ONLY for the Fargo, ND Airport location.
