I am currently here on Business. My room quote was $105 per night on Expedia. I was charged $160. The room is dirty. found a dirty toilet and lots of dirty towels. I will never stay here again. I thought that staying a a Radisson was going to be a positive experience. Not the case. If you are in Bismarck, I would suggest a different hotel.

Location is extremely old and outdated. Front desk is not reliable. Shuttle service isnt great. Was told at check in to let the driver know where we needed to go nearby and hed be able to take us. We were told to avoid Uber at all costs because its impossible to get around with and to let them know instead. I called the front desk a few times to ask if they could take us and they kept saying the driver is out and cant. I came downstairs right after and the driver was there. A couple had went up to him to ask if they could go somewhere and he instantly said yes. Not sure if its selective choosing on the front desks end or drivers end but it would have been nice to know instead of relying on them like they wanted us to. I will not be staying here again and anyone I know who visits, Ill tell them to choose a different hotel because of the lazy and inconsistent service I experienced.
