    Nice hotel for a night or two. I wouldn't have a long term stay simply because it needs some updates. The staff was nice and helpful when I needed change. The breakfast opened early and was really convenient since I was on the go right away. The room could have been cleaned better, a more significant wipe down and even vacuumed. The key to my door didn't work well and another couple had the same problem. I think there was a hockey team staying there and at night there were kids running in the hall. My biggest issue was the outside doors didn't lock. I'm glad mine did and had the dead bolt. It isn't in the best part of town and I hope they do fix the outside doors.

    Please do not stay here if you value your safety and good customer service. The lady with the blonde hair is so rude and unhelpful you can tell shes probably getting paid 9 dollars to work here which is why shes so rude. But theres literally trash overflowing in the hallway when there is 2 people here. Everything is so dirty.

    We generally stay at budget hotels or motels, so we were not expecting the Ritz. That's said, this was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. We have no problem with outdated, but we expect clean and maintained. This was not that. Our mirror was busted, all the lamp shades in our room were broken or stained. Remote was missing the back, so the batteries were just taped in. Bathroom drain drained so slowly you had to take a 1 min shower to keep the water from filling the tub. Dirty carpets. Brown chunks on wall. The fridge in the room was so loud we had to unplug it for our stay. Peeling wallpaper in the halls. The drop ceiling was stained everywhere in the halls. The canopies over the doors outside were wripped, and so much more. Each issue on it's own would have been no big deal, but everything together made it feel so rundown. They need maintenance very badly! I felt so gross here, I couldn't wait to shower when I got home. Up your price range and find somewhere else if you are able to. Had we not had a non-refundable stay, we would have moved hotels for the sencond night (which I've never done before). Most of the staff seemed nice, not overly helpful, but not rude, minus one women working the desk who seemed angry when we interacted to get a DND sign for our door.

    Someone else was given a key to my room and was able to enter while I was in it early in the morning. I was traveling alone. Additionally room had scratched up chair, door, and furniture, broken lamp shade, and moldy shower parts. Safety: It is unsafe to travel to this hotel as a solo female. Seek another hotel for your safety.

    The management was horrible . I didn't feel safe at all. The front desk was giving my room key to anybody who would go up there and ask. They just had to say my room number and they gave them a key. Even after I said something to the front desk they continued to do it. The manager never even spoke to me about the situation even when I had the front desk call him and tell him what was going on. He finally said something to me when I called corporate and made a complaint. He then called my room and said I see u made a complaint and then said how bout pay 44 dollars plus tax for the room tonight. Then 2 days later he kicked me out. Rooms: Rooms are decent , your normal hotel room. Not dirty either but not clean clean. Safety: I feel there is a huge safety problem there and the manager doesn't even care
