First off ordered through Doordash and the menu for this location is WRONG. Unfortunately Wendys has no way to fix this, but like another item in our order it should have been marked as unavailable.
When the Dasher dropped off our order almost all of it was missing! We got 3 out of 7 items. Mind you 3 items are in 1 meal. 1 item was unavailable at the time and marked correctly, but still.. not even for our fries to show up???
Then i went to the store as i was hung up on more than once. Had to go through drive through, lobby was closed. Manager was nice and understanding, but did say she would be willing to do a drink and remake the order out of kindness. Point for effort for sure. Unfortunately, not much to my surprise, i never received a reorder of the fries or the drink she had promised me. Once back home but husband finds of patty on his burger next to RAW! Red flags are screaming here
South Wendys is not efficient. Throughly disappointed and dissatisfied.
