The only rating comes from the owner. My father tried this and literally had zero change to his appearance.

Got a really uneven haircut that I had to get fixed elsewhere. When I pointed out the bottom I was told "well you wanted layers" Never again.

The location in the mall is no longer open. May want to think about updating their contact details.
