        I walked into this store and wasn't greeted at all. So I decided to look for the specific shoe I came in for. After about 20 mins, I was finally approached and asked if anyone was helping me. I replied, "No." Then she walked away to assist someone else and came back after helping them! I won't go back to this store to purchase anything. I did have to place a custom order and haven't been able to reach anyone since the 2 weeks have been up. I was told 2 weeks for pick up. The ONLY reason I had a special order was because I'm having an upcoming surgery and need these specific shoes. Customer service is trash. The price of the shoes were reasonable.

        My first visit. Staff was warm and friendly. I enjoyed the wide selection of shoes. Found shoes I liked, but currently out of my budget. Will keep eyes for a sale
