My brother was there recently and honestly we were very pleased with the Staff, the Nurses and all of the Rehab personnel. Everyone was kind and concerned and helpful. The facility was clean. They had lots of extra things for patients to participate in if they wanted to. It is very convenient location as well. From the intake to his exit interview, we were kept informed. Granted, no ONE wants to go to Rehab, but it served my brother well, to be sure he was ready, after long hospital stay, to be able to go home safely. Thank you to ALL the staff at The Oaks Rehab from the bottom of my heart.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this facility. They allow their employees to smoke weed and do drugs. Specifically, an employee by the name of Latoya Foster is putting patients' wellbeing in harms way by transporting patients while being under the influence of Marijuana. Does this facility not drug test? Or do they allow their employees to carry in fake urine in order to pass? This is ridiculous and I will be elevating this issue as well as removing my loved one.

The staff is very rude. My son's father was placed there and I called to get info to pass to my son. The woman literally said she didn't have time to answer questions and hung up on me. I called back and again was hung up on before I could even ask for info or explain anything

My mother was at The Oaks for rehab. This was a very bad experience for her. Most of the nursing staff and CNAs have been very lax in their care for her. There have been some shifts that she saw no one the entire shift and others that only one person came into her room the entire shift. The evening shift nurse was not giving her the medications she was supposed to take several days in a row, but indicated that it was dispensed. We have no idea who received her medicine, because she didn't. Pushing the call button does nothing, because it may take hours for someone to respond. She is Non-Weight-Bearing on one leg and has learned how to transfer herself to the potty-chair out of necessary. PT does not want her to do this, but she has no choice because no one will respond to the call button. On the weekend before she was to be released to go home, she got COVID-19. The staff wanted to blame it on me and my brother, but we had not been around anyone with COVID-19 nor been sick. They told her she was the only one with COVID-19, but we have since found out that at least seven people on her floor have it and it was brought in and spread by a CNA. She laid in her bed and suffered with a fever and horrible cough for three days before she was given something besides Robitussin and Tylenol. Her room was a mess and the bathroom was beyond dirty. The two stars are for PT and OT. These folks have worked extremely hard to get her ready to go home. She has the strength she needs to transfer to and from the wheelchair, and she has the tools and knowledge to do things safely. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! To bad the other staff members aren't interested in doing the best job they can to make these stays as comfortable and pleasant as possible. People should take pride in the work they do and the service they provide.

My mother had a great experience at the Oaks. The staff, facility, service, therapies were excellent. Everyone was very kind, attentive and helpful. The common rooms were lovely and had a variety of interesting activities. I visited every day and my brother and aunt took turns staying with my mom so we had a close up view of everything. The therapists helped her very much and helped us prepare our house for my mom's return. Thank you!!
