        After spending 3-4 years dealing with this location, its unfortunate that I now have a poor taste in my mouth for this company. Not sure why I constantly have to inform this location that Im being charged fees that they are not entitled to, especially after making my final payment back in Jan. I dont care how many employees/ managers they go through , DO BETTER. Aside from the poor customer service the type of loans they give out are trash in my opinion as well, compared to two other companies Ive dealt with. Thank god I mad my final payments, I just want this to be over with already.

        I never had a bad experience with the whole staff, very professional and honest and willing to work with me with my payment loan after having 2 knee surgeries and Chris helped me tremendously with my payment arrangements. I definitely recommend family and friends to apply at OneMain financial, I did. Thanks guys!
