      image Probably the worst customer service of any place I have had my entire life. The bank system was hacked. No phone call or text. Luckily I was at an ATM when I realized my card was cut completely off. I call to get another card. I stay on the phone for 1 hour while I was at work. They canceled my card again. Then tell me I have to call the exactly the same number to order a new one. This was March 5. Here we are March 22. I go into the branch and ask about my card t. Only to tell me I was not going to get it and asked me to order a new one. No thank you. After 20 years I'll go to another bank. If you let someone hack your system please treat your customers better.
