        A black lady worker Shakira is manner less. She was transferring hangers from one trolley to another in the middle of walking way and blocking the way for customers. I was walking not knowing if she is an employee or a customer moving stuff from one trolley to another. I gave her gesture to give me a space while I was 8 feet away. She kept starring at me in a manner that why are you passing through this and because of you I have to move the trolleys. Once I reached closer to her not knowing she is an employee. She angrily and rudely said, there is something called excuse me. I told her, that I gave you gesture to excuse me. Even if I didn't she should know somebody is walking and give a way. She went real loud and called me stupid, manner less and what not. Even the other customers got surprised and said to me that we don't think so she works here. The way she was behaving with you. I complained to the Manager Marry but initially she started questioning to me that SHE WAS WORKING. WHY DIDNT YOU TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE TO PASS THROUGH. I told her that I could be wrong. Maybe I should not have disturbed her but that is not how you react with customers. Manager Marry' was more inclined towards her employee justifying her employee.
