        The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I havent met or dealt with her until the other day. She didnt even introduce herself and started asking questions and talked in a very vulgar and rude manner. She didnt have a mask on. I then had to ask her if she worked there because of how she wasnt minding her own business. *This review is only for the owner not the activities or instructors.

        Class with Elliott was great - welcoming and calming, yet powerful at the same time. He paid careful attention to technique and gave corrections as well as suggestions to make poses more challenging/advanced too. Highly recommended!
