............I had the worse experience ever with American National Bank. I called for information on my mortgage, and a lady name Sarah answer my call. After giving her my loan number she said that she could not help me with my concerns at all.  I've never had  problems in the past with ANB regarding questions about my loan etc, however today I am very upset and disappointed in how this lady treated me and in her complete disregard for my concerns. If you can't give great customer service and do not know how to listen to your customers, then you should not work answering phones or interacting with the public. Sarah acted as if I was bothering her or asking her for a favor.  After a few moments on the phone with her, she disconnected our call. It was extremely frustrating speaking with this person. Of course I had to call back to get my business taken care of but Sarah answered the phone again. I explained to her that i did not want to talk to her at all. (Not that she cared) Today was by far the worst customer service I've ever had.

Very professional and thorough staff here. Jason is great to work with and very thorough and helpful. Much more personal than most banks.
