        I have had a very pleasant experience with the new management team. Mrs. LaTonya has went above and beyond working with me to solve problems I have had. She is always moving with a purpose and happy to greet me everytime I see her when I'm walking my dog. The management team are always making sure that we know about any events going on on the property. Maintaince is also now very responsive and quick to address whatever the problem is. I love how the neighborhood has changed for the better.

        Ive been here for going on two years and I can say I love the changes they have made. Mrs.Latonya has made this living experience easy. She cares for her tenants and it shows. I appreciate how she take the concerns into consideration and resolve the issues at hand. If youre looking for a new community to live this is your place. The apartments are spacious. The apartments are close to grocery stores and not far from downtown. The commute to the high way is about 10 minutes or less.
