The Reserve at Brookberry Farm

I absolutely LOVE living here!! Im a third shift nurse and feel so safe! Ive never seen any police here for disturbances! The noise here is minimal which is great since I sleep during the day! The office personnel are very helpful and friendly, as well as the maintenance staff. The pool is a great plus! And its dog with a doggie park! I love watching the puppers play!! Theres a Farmhouse as well as a movie theater that tenants can reserve. Ive never used the theater but have used the Farmhouse for several events. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe implement a kids playground!

Friendly office staff the apartment is large and spacious pool area is great (wish it was open longer, open Memorial Day to Labor Day) the grounds are kept neat and clean and I feel its a safe area to live close to shopping

Their dedication to residents satisfaction is evident in every interaction and attention to detail and responsiveness ensured that all my needs were met promptly. Living here has been an absolute delight, thanks to the hard work and commitment of Chandie and Addy. I couldnt ask for a better place to call home!
