      image I would like to start off by saying, I have been a client with H&R since 2015- THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE WORST EVER. My agent (who i wont say HIS name so my post wont get deleted) WAS HORRIBLE. He was NASTY. Very Short with me on the phone. I was HUNG UP ON 2X and transferred when I was asked not to be transferred. He was disrespectful to me as a client and literally told me I can take my business elsewhere if I didnt like it. ALL BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY SINGULAR PERSON who "couldnt find my file." THE ONLY ONE. I called 4 other locations and they all had the competency to know how to do their job and they ALL found it. If I didnt wait til the last minute I wouldve taken all my documents back!!! Then- he calls my HUSBAND even though im the one calling and addressing my concerns, all so he wouldnt have to deal with me... JUST HORRIBLE! I would STAY FAR AWAY from this location. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
