      image There's a man that works there named Seth, Seth filed my taxes on Feb 2, they were accepted on the 12th. When I called today to ask him what the status was he told me that it could be 10 weeks... not his fault but what was his fault is his inability to explain the situation and when I asked for clarification he told me he was "done with this conversation" that it was " getting him nowhere" and hung up on me that is not how you handle a confused and slightly disgruntled customer. I do not recommend that anyone use him as a tax person he was rude and after a phone call to Greg elders (who straightened everything out like a professional) I believe Mr Seth doesn't know how to do the job he was hired to do.
