I went here while on vacation and after searching reviews and calling for prices, I landed here. I had just bought a new vehicle before my vacation and wanted to get the windows done while I was in wilmington. The initial job was ok, but I noticed two definitive defects on the passenger side windows. I took it back and spoke to a guy named Blake, who was very nice and said, without hesitation that he'd replace the film. When I came back the next day he was not there and I pointed out another defect similar to the one I had seen on the other window. After a closer inspection there are multiple small blemishes. I am not an installer but it appears to me the windows were not properly washed and prepared before placing the film on the windows. The young lady who I saw when I returned to have the work redone only said three words to me. "gimme the keys" , in my opinion that is rude and shows a complete lack of awareness that I was the one being inconvenienced by the return trip. When I got the car back, the first defect had been corrected but the second one I pointed out to the tech, had been "worked on", but it's still there. I would not say it's any better. Now, being from out of town I have a new tint job with small defects in the initial job. I did not return as I was not confident the issue could be fixed by the staff on hand. It's not the end of the world, but I wish I had waited and gotten the work done at the tint shop in TN I have had good experience with. There should also be more than one person at a business that is familiar with good customer service. As a small business owner I appreciated the response to my initial complaint, nonetheless, the employee that ultimately dealt with the issue and the final result, is sub par. The summary is this. My tint looks ok unless you really inspect it, but I've had 5 cars tinted before this, and no similar issues/visible defects. There are PLENTY of options in Wilmington. I would not go back here to put tint on any of my vehicles.
