        After purchasing Hunter Douglas silhouettes from Ethan Allen, I called for service since my blinds were shredding. I was instructed to call the distributor myself. When I did and they realized I was a consumer, they said I needed to call EA again. I did, but they were unresponsive. Hunter Douglas gave me another rep in Wilmington, NC and after contacting them, they IMMEDIATELY sent out a representative to assess the blinds. They called and reordered the blinds, came out and installed them with absolutely NO HASSLE, NO RUNAROUND. Thank you to Wilmington Blinds & More. If you need any blinds, please contact them....extremely professional and reliable....
